One of the worst food quality and variety I’ve seen — I’ve been to three-star hotels with better food. The online check-in is useless; even though it was all filled in and reception was empty, they wouldn’t give us the wristband until 12:00h supposedly because they didn’t know which room we were assigned. They only gave us the room at 15:00h.

I’m writing this review to reflect my dissatisfaction with several aspects of our stay:
Room management: We booked a triple room for three adults (my wife, my 17-year-old son and myself). On arrival we were assigned a small double with a rollaway bed on which my son was not comfortable. After complaining, the only alternative they offered was to move us to another room with a 135 cm sofa bed, which also didn’t seem reasonable after having paid for a proper triple with adequate beds. To avoid repacking we decided to stay, ending up sleeping separately so my son could have a bit more space.
All-Inclusive service and staff attitude: Management of the All-Inclusive package and the attitude of some staff left much to be desired. At 23:00h they cut off service and you had to pay for drinks even though the bar remained open. In the Aquapark area the stated hours were 11:00 to 20:00; however, at 18:45 they closed the line and rudely refused to serve me, even though I was just behind the last customer in line and there was more than an hour until official closing. At the bar they pulled faces and even served smaller glasses. In addition, the service in the buffet restaurant had very unpleasant moments: while my wife was serving herself, one of the cooks snatched the tongs from her rudely and threw them down in a curt, dismissive way onto a tray beside her so she would go away. Although some individual workers were very kind, gestures like this cast a shadow over the stay.
Buffet restaurant: Although the food quality was good, the buffet was very unvaried and excessively repetitive day after day.
In summary, both the service and the solutions offered for problems leave a lot to be desired. I would not return.

Escribo esta reseña para reflejar mi disconformidad con varios aspectos de nuestra estancia:
Gestión de la habitación: Contratamos una habitación triple para tres adultos (mi mujer, mi hijo de 17 años y yo). Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación doble pequeña con una cama supletoria en la que mi hijo no estaba cómodo. Tras reclamar, la única alternativa que nos ofrecieron fue cambiarnos a otra habitación con un sofá cama de 135 cm, opción que tampoco nos pareció razonable tras haber pagado por una triple con camas adecuadas. Para no volver a empaquetar decidimos quedarnos, teniendo que terminar durmiendo separados para que mi hijo pudiera descansar con algo más de espacio.
Servicio Todo Incluido y trato del personal: La gestión del Todo Incluido y la atención de parte del personal dejan mucho que desear. A las 23:00 h cortaban el servicio y tenías que pagar las consumiciones aunque el bar siguiera abierto. En la zona del Aquapark, el horario marcado era de 11:00 a 20:00 h; sin embargo, a las 18:45 h cortaron la cola y de malas formas no me dejaron pedir, a pesar de estar justo detrás del último cliente de la fila y faltar más de una hora para el cierre oficial. En la barra ponían mala cara e incluso servían vasos más pequeños. Además, el trato en el restaurante buffet tuvo momentos muy desagradables: a mi mujer, mientras se servía comida, uno de los cocineros le quitó las pinzas de mala manera y las tiró de forma borde y despectiva sobre una bandeja al lado para que se fuera. Aunque hubo trabajadores puntuales muy amables, este tipo de gestos ensombrecen la estancia.
Restaurante buffet: Aunque la calidad de la comida era buena, el buffet resultaba muy poco variado y excesivamente repetitivo día tras día.
En resumen, tanto la atención como las soluciones ofrecidas ante los problemas dejan bastante que desear. No repetiría.
