The online check-in is useless; even though it was all filled in and reception was empty, they wouldn’t give us the wristband until 12:00h supposedly because they didn’t know which room we were assigned. They only gave us the room at 15:00h.

We stayed a year ago at a hotel in the same group and drinks were included. Apart from that, everything was very good and recommendable.
Lo unico que puedo decir que me decepcionó un poco fue que cobraran las bebidas en la cena, ya que es la primera vez que pagando media pensión hay que pagar la bebida de la cena o almuerzo normalmente suele ir incluida. Estuvimos hace un año en un hotel del mismo grupo y la bebida estaba incluida. Por lo demás todo muy bien y recomendable.
