Hemos estado en San Juan del 22 al 25 de junio del 2026. Instalaciones exteriores estan muy bien. Trato de todo el personal fué excelente. Sobre las zonas de baño es genial que hayan dos una especial para adultos de agua salada perfecta y la otra normal. El Spa está muy bien montado. La zona del Bar con su terraza con unos sillones y sofas confortables a parte mesas con sillas cómodas, un ambiente agradable para tomar algo y el personal del Bar muy amables y atentos. Buffet está bien pero podria ser mejor con poca variedad de productos en el desayuno y cena.

The bathroom was very small, and there was a terrace with a table and two chairs and a clothes drying rack; it should have a fridge. There was only one socket in the room and the other was in the washbasin area; the bedside tables are metal. The walls should be soundproofed — you can hear the occutrousers of the neighbouring room quite clearly. The pool towels: I find the €20 deposit reasonable, but I don’t think it’s right that you must also pay €5 per towel and that this amount isn’t refundable. I’ve been to many hotels with a pool and you only pay the deposit. On the 23rd it was my friend’s anniversary and the hotel didn’t have any gesture; if I wanted one I would have had to pay.
Estuvimos en el Hotel de tres estrellas y no en la de cuatro, habitaciones correctas falta una mano de mantenimiento, baño muy pequeño con una terraza con una mesa y dos sillas con un extenedor para ropa, tendría que disponer de una nevera, sólo había un enchufe en la habitación y el otro está en el lavabo, las mesitas son metálicas. Tendrían que tener las paredes insonorizadas oyes bastante a los ocupantes de la habitación de al lado. Las toallas de la piscina encuentro correcto el depósito de 20€ pero no veo correcto que a parta debas pagar 5€ por toalla y dicho importe no sea reembolsado, estado en muchos hoteles con piscina y solo pagas el depósito. El día 23 fué el aniversario de mi amiga y el hotel no tuvo ningún detalle, si lo quería debía de pagar.
