Pedro, en recepción, hizo de la estancia algo inolvidable. Llegamos cansados a las 23h debido a un problema con cercanías y empatizó con nosotros, nos hizo rápidamente el papeleo y se mostró muy amable.

Ya conocía Madrid porque voy bastante nos gustan a mi marido y a mí los musicales Pero el hotel a sido una experiencia que no hemos tenido nunca. Está fuera del centro del ruido pero en metro se arregla uno estupendamente el hotel es muy bueno nos tocó una habitación super grande con una cama muy grande la atención del personal impresionante la hora del desayuno más todavía fin de semana asta las11y30 de la mañana que podías descansar todo el hotel a sido un mini puente maravilloso yo volvería a repetir porque e podido dormir no tenía ningún ruido estoy encantada
