The animation team and the friendliness of the staff

The buffet dinner was NEGATABLE, the breakfast was passable. Dinner was a horror, everything was dry, there was no variety go fatal!!!!!

Thank you for the stay that this hotel has offered us, personally congratulate the head chef, a super nice man who at all meals has been pending to adapt the gluten-free food, he came out of the kitchen to tell me personally what I could eat and offered me other alternatives that I cooked at the time, it was great you can tell he likes his job.
Gracias por la estancia que nos ha ofrecido este hotel, felicitar personalmente al jefe de cocina, un señor súper amable que en todas las comidas ha estado pendiente de adaptarme la alimentación sin gluten, salia de la cocina para decirme personalmente que es lo que podia comer y me ofrecia otras alternativas que me cocinaba en el momento, ha sido genial se nota que le gusta su trabajo.
The Dj only played songs in French, naturally 80% of the guests were French but a little variety would have been nice, he was nice so I put it as a suggestion.

Queuing for check-in is more or less normal, but for check-out? Half an hour waiting just to hand over the key? They would have to improve it.
