Suitable for a two-day getaway
Vale para una escapada de dos dias
It is not worth for a week's vacation, it would be long, cleanliness is good, food is scarce and if they finish something and not replenished, the friendliness of the staff is conspicuous by its absence.
No vale para vacaciones de una semana, se haria larga, la limpieza bien la comida escasa y si acaban algo ya no reponen, la amabilidad del personal brilla por su ausencia.

The attention of the staff.
The pool is large, sheltered from the wind and always at a pleasant temperature.
The spaces are spacious and pleasant.

La piscina es grande, está resguardada del viento y siempre está a una temperatura agradable.
Los espacios son amplios y agradables.
It is very focused on European tourists; schedules and types of food.
The facilities are outdated and lack maintenance. The machines in the gym are very old.
Está muy enfocado a turistas europeos; los horarios y los tipos de comida.
Las instalaciones están anticuadas y falta mantenimiento. Las máquinas del gimnasio son muy antiguas.

Super spacious room with a good bathroom. Hotel quite clean in general and well kept, they were renovating but hardly disturbed the day to day life of the client.
The staff of 10.
Habitación super amplia con un buen cuarto de baño. Hotel bastante limpio en general y bien cuidado, estaban reformando pero apenas trastocaban el día a día del cliente.
El personal de 10.
The gym is quite neglected and to put another thing the breakfast juices are pretty bad, they should change them.
El gimnasio está bastante dejado y por poner otra cosilla los zumos del desayuno son bastante malos, deberían de cambiarlos.

Nice and cozy hotel. Very friendly and hardworking staff.

Wonderful staff, especially at the front desk as we had a problem with our reservation and they solved it quickly. The hotel is fantastic and the food is quite good, they are continually replenishing the food and there are plenty of options.
Personal maravilloso, sobre todo en recepción ya que tuvimos un problema con nuestra reserva y nos lo resolvieron rápidamente. El hotel es fantástico y la comida bastante buena, están continuamente reponiendo la comida y hay bastantes opciones.
The worst thing was the general cleanliness of the rooms.... In fact, they only made the beds and quite a bit on top (they did not stretch or shake the sheets), they did not do the bathrooms and only passed the floor a little without removing anything. Another negative point is that it is a hotel made for Germans and English, as neither the entertainers spoke Spanish, so my children could not interact with the games being Spanish nor in the minidisco at night .... A pity
Lo peor la verdad, la limpieza tanto general como de las habitaciones... De hecho sólo hacían las camas y bastante por encima (no estiraban ni sacudían las sábanas),no hacían los baños y solo pasaban un poco el suelo sin retirar nada. Otro punto negativo es que es un hotel hecho para alemanes e ingleses, ya que ni las animadoras hablaban español, con lo cual mis hijos no pudieron interactuar con los juegos al ser españoles ni tampoco en la minidisco por la noche... Una pena

Very nice bar man, varied food, spacious rooms, comfortable resting areas.
El bar man muy majo, comida bastante variada, habitaciones amplias, zonas de descanso cómodas
The hotel did not provide amenities no matter how many 4 stars it was, they did not provide picnic type food, many things are not included in the "all inclusive", many cockroaches and spiders in restaurant areas and rooms, our room had leaks.
Horarios de comidas y piscina malos, el personal de limpieza no respeta los carteles de “No entrar”, El hotel no daba amenities por mucho 4 estrellas que fuese, tampoco daban comida para poder llevar tipo picnic, muchas cosas no están incluidas en el “todo incluido”, muchas cucarachas y arañas en zonas de restaurante y habitaciones, nuestra habitación tenía goteras
