Many shortcomings in the attention at the spa area, which I will list:
1. Lack of professionalism, attention, and punctuality in the contracted services.
2. Lack of explanations by the staff in charge of the pool's use.
3. Lack of hygiene with the use of the swimming cap, which is mandatory for some users and not for others, even though it is required by law in this type of facility.
4. Irresponsibility by the staff in charge of the pool area, as the user has to touch the shower switch with wet feet, posing an electrical hazard.
5. This switch is not isolated from other electrical switches; it is located next to the light switch, pool lighting, and water jets all on the same panel, which you must press to enter and exit the pool.
6. None of the staff tells you where this switch is located.
7. Out of 50 people, only 10 are explained to. The rest of us users find out through word of mouth.
8. The rest of the services they offer are misleading advertising:
a. There is no gym.
b. The Turkish bath is a nightmare to use.
c. The buffet is rather scarce.
d. The jacuzzi is in very poor condition. Old and deteriorated.
In summary, it is fantastic for sleeping, but any other place offers better conditions for the rest of the services.
Filing a complaint is pointless.
Requalification is what is needed; it does not deserve the Q certification.
Muchos defectos en la atención en la zona de balneario los cuales voy a numerar:
1. Falta de profesionalidad, atención y puntualidad en los servicios contratados.
2. Falta de explicaciones por parte del personal a cargo del uso de la piscina.
3. Falta de higiene con el uso del gorro en piscina para unos usuarios obligatorio y para otros no, siendo este obligatorio por ley en este tipo de recintos.
4. Irresponsabilidad por parte del personal que esta al cargo de la zona de piscina, al tener el usuario que darle al interruptor de ducha con los pies mojados con el consiguiente riesgo eléctrico existente.
5. Este interruptor no es que se encuentre independizado de otros interruptores eléctricos, se encuentra junto al de la luz, encendido de la piscina y chorros de agua todo en la misma placa, el cual debes de pulsar para entrar y salir de la piscina.
6. Este interruptor nadie del persona te dice donde se encuentra.
7. De 50 personas solo explica a 10. El resto de usuarios nos enteramos de boca en boca.
8. Con el resto de servicio que ofrecen es publicidad engañosa:
a. No existe gimnasio.
b. El baño turco es un calvario su uso
c. Bufete más bien escaso.
d. Jacuzzi en condiciones pésimas. Viejo y deteriorado.
Resumiendo para dormir es fantástico, para el resto de servicios en cualquier otro lugar ofrece mejores condiciones.
Poner una reclamación es poco.
Recalifícalor es lo suyo no merece el distintivo Q.
