- We want you to keep in mind that the bungalows maintain a traditional style. However, the accommodation is located in an exceptional area of the island and has very spacious and well-kept main areas surrounded by spectacular scenery.
- Please note that there is no air conditioning in any area of the accommodation. But don't worry! In your bungalow you will find ceiling fans to maintain a cool and pleasant atmosphere.
- The maximum capacity is 4 people.
- The distribution is of a double bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room.
- They have a microwave and refrigerator.

La ubicación era excelente y la variedad de la comida muy buena
Las habitaciones precarias, sin aire acondicionado, sin elementos de equipación y en pésimas condiciones. El resort muy mejorable.

Es un sitio encantador, no es un hotel en si, es un pinar lleno de bungalows. Tiene 3 piscinas, juegos para niños, entretenimiento, teatro y el comedor está justo en la playa. El sitio es encantador! Está a 10 min andando de una cala preciosa Es Mort donde hay varios chiringuitos en la playa para ver el atardecer. El agua de esa playa es espectacular. La comida toda muy buena! ( Yo soy muy especial con la comida pero está me gustó mucho) El hotel pone 3 * pero yo he visto de 4* mucho peor q este. La zona no es de marcha pero tienes parada de bus delante para ir a cualquier sitio. Si buscas tranquilidad esta zona te va encantar!
Las habitaciones un poco viejas, pero muy limpias. No tiene aire acondicionado pero al estar en la naturaleza ano hace tanta calor.

El todo incluido, la comida mucha variedad y muy buena. Las playas preciosas tres cerquisimas para ir andando incluso con niños pequeños. Las tres piscinas (y los toboganes para los niños).
Entrada de cucarachas por las noches en los bungalows. El hotel es consciente pero al estar en un entorno natural cada día teníamos presencia de este insecto. Sobretodo se veían a la noche. Por el día no había presencia.

Los socorristas, uno de ellos se echaba la siesta literalmente, se ponía las gafas y a dormir y el otro con el móvil. No pasa nada hasta que pasa. El bufet todos los días es lo mismo

Lo que más hemos disfrutado es la ubicación del hotel (las vistas) y la animación.
Para mejorar en primer lugar las camas, los dias que hemos estado allí no hemos dormido nada bien, los colchones incomodos, la ventilación fatal, los ventiladores no se podían regular, o te asabas de calor o te agobiabas de lo rápido que iba. La limpieza tampoco ha sido extraordinaria, un día dejaron la habitación a medio hacer, se dejaron la bolsa de basura tirada. Por último, la distancia de las habitaciones al servicio de restaurante era exagerada y además sin iluminación por la noche, cosa que suponía un riesgo. En conclusión, el hotel requiere una reforma urgente. Aún asi, el personal es muy amable y me quedo con eso.

La ubicación increíble el todo incluido nos ha sorprendido para bien, la animación genial y el personal tanto del buffet como los del bar de piscina súper agradables y muy divertidos aún teniendo mucha faena en ningun momento los hemos visto dar una mala contestación y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara
What would definitely improve are the very old and airless rooms and the access to the beach, I would put a minibus to make it easier for people who can't walk or for those who come with babies in strollers, elderly people, etc., because everything is downhill to go down smoothly but going up is hard... and by putting a vehicle on the road next to the Riu hotel, the complex would gain value and there wouldn't be as many complaints as we hear from customers.
Lo q mejoraría si lugar a dudas es las habitaciones muy antiguas y sin aire y el acceso a la playa pondría un mini bus para facilitar a la gente a no puede caminar o los q van con bebés con carros gente mayor etc pq todo en pendiente para bajar bien pero la subida cuesta..y poniendo un vehículo por la carretera q esta al lado del hotel Riu ganaría valor al complejo y no habría tantas quejas como oímos por partes de los clientes .

I do not recommend the accommodation at all. It has serious electrical problems, even endangering the safety of guests. It also does not have air conditioning, only a few fans that sometimes work and sometimes do not. Additionally, on the second day of our stay, there were two cockroaches living with us, which we could not tolerate anymore, and at least they diverted us to another hotel in the chain, which was already expected.
El alojamiento no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Tiene problemas graves eléctricos, incluso poniendo en peligro la seguridad de los huéspedes. Tampoco tiene aire acondicionado, solo unos ventiladores que a veces funcionan y otras no. Además en el segundo día de estancia, había dos cucarachas conviviendo con nosotros, lo que ya no pudimos tolerar y por lo menos nos hicieron un desvío a otro hotel de la cadena, que ya era lo esperado.

La ubicación y el entorno del hotel es espectacular. La comida buena y el personal un 10. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Habitación como pequeños apartamentos metidos en una pinada, da frescor e independencia.
The rooms need renovating, the mattresses on the beds and the sofa (where the girls slept) are very hard. We didn't feel hot despite not having air conditioning, there is plenty of shade and a breeze. The fans work well but they are old and very noisy.
Las habitaciones están para renovar, colchones de las camas y el sofá ( donde dormían las niñas) muy duros . No hemos pasado calor a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, mucha sombra y brisa. Los ventiladores van bien pero son viejos y muy ruidosos.
