Hotel extraordinario en limpieza y servicios. Buffet de Muy buena calidad.
The guests reserve the pool loungers early in the morning and even if they are not there for several hours, the towels remain. There should be more control.

La ubicación es perfecta la playa a 200 metros y las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien .El personal muy correcto en todo momento.
Beds for three adults do not exist. We slept on a sofa bed for 2 days and I complained, so they gave me a suite paying the difference, but even then it only had 2 large beds. The food is clean but very basic for a hotel with such stars.

Animation a little scarce and at 10:30 pm there is nothing left, it is a veryyyyy quiet hotel with lotsssss of children except for the upper pool which is +18, it is super quiet and perfect for relaxing.

Lo mejor la ubicación, primera linea de playa.
Since we arrived, in a day and a half we had to change rooms three times due to engine noise and another time because the air conditioning was not working. Very bad. In the rooms we stayed in, the cleanliness was not very good, I think they were unused. Everything was half-done and things were missing, two rooms had no telephone line, in another one the TV channels were not tuned, the toilet seat broken, etc. Of the 4 superior stars, two are unnecessary, and the superior one. The only good thing was the modern and new decoration. Another thing to consider is that bottled soft drinks are not included in the all-inclusive package, only machine ones. Not even bottled water was included. I find it ridiculous on their part. Well, not coming back. The car park at 20€ per day seems exaggerated.
Desde que llegamos, en un dia y medio tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación por ruido de motores y otra por no funcionar el aire acondicionado. Muy mal. En las habitaciones que estuvimos la limpieza no era muy buena, creo que estaban sin uso. Estaba todo a medias y les faltaban cosas, en dos no había linea de telefono, en otra no estaban sintonizados los canales de la tele, la tapa del wc rota, etc. De las 4 estrellas superior le sobran dos y el superior. Lo único bueno era la decoración moderna y nueva. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que en el todo incluido no entran los refrescos embotellados, sólo de máquina. Ni siquiera entraba el agua embotellada. Me parece ridículo por su parte. En fin, para no volver. El parking 20€ por dia me parece exagerado.
