The aquatic complex will be open from June 14 to September 15, 2025. Please note that this schedule may change without prior notice due to weather or technical reasons.

The complex is located just 200 metres from the hotel and offers swimming pools, water slides, and a children’s area of over 6,000 m².

Access to the water slides requires a minimum height of 1.20 m and a minimum age of 6 years.

How to access the aquatic complex

Upon arrival, reception will provide passes for all guests in the booking.

A deposit of €20 per room in cash is required to receive the passes. This will be refunded when the passes are returned on the last day.

A pie de playa, muy familiar con animación y habitaciones cómodas con terraza. En nuestro caso, pudimos hacer uso de las hamacas que dispone el hotel en la playa y eso es genial. Aparcamos en los alrededores en zona azul sin problemas. Personal amable y estaba muy limpio.

El personal es de 10, buena atencion y fantastico servicio.
La comida para ser buffet, nos sorprendio para bien, de los mejores que hemos probado.
Obviously, it is an old aparthotel that needs a renovation. The worst part is that it doesn't have its own pool and you have to go 200 metres to a public pool.
Evidentemente se trata de un aparthotel viejito y necesita una reforma.
Lo peor es que no tenga su piscina y tengas que ir a 200 metros a una piscina municipal.

Al principio tuvimos dudas de reservar a través de buscounchollo porque no lo habíamos utilizado nunca. Llamamos al aparta hotel para resolver dudas y era todo exactamente igual salvo que por hacerlo a través de la plataforma salía considerablemente más económico. Ha ido todo perfecto. Era nuestro primer viaje a la playa con un bebé de 8 meses y fué todo comodísimo. Estás al lado de la playa y nos pusieron todas las facilidades del mundo para que estuviésemos cómodos con nuestro bebé. Puedes pedir en el desayuno que te preparen su puré sin sal y con lo que quieras echarle para cuando vayas a comer y para sus papillas o la fruta la puedes preparar en el apartamento, si lo pides en recepción te suben menaje para el apartamento (yo me llevé mi batidora de mano y listo). En el restaurante son super atentos con todo y muy amables, especialmente Dayane que es un auténtico amorcito y Víctor que también estuvo muy pendiente de todo. La comida variada y muy rica. Las chicas de la limpieza nos apañaban el apartamento rápidamente mientras desayunábamos para que estuviera luego apunto. Casi todos los días tuvimos la suerte de que lo hiciera una chica que estiraba hasta las sabanitas de la cuna de nuestro hijo que no tendría porque hacerlo ya que la llevamos de casa (si te la ponen ellos se paga aparte como en prácticamente todos los hoteles) y hasta nos vaciaba un cenicero que teníamos en la terraza. En fin, un 10 todo para desconectar unos días en la playa y estar tranquilos en familia.
The elevators are in high demand and there is quite a wait. The pool is in another area a few metres from the hotel but since we weren't going to use the Water Slides with the baby, we didn't use it either. The car park is paid but there is also a blue zone that is cheaper.
Los ascensores están muy solicitados y hay que esperar bastante. La piscina está en otro recinto a unos metros del hotel pero como no íbamos a utilizar tampoco los toboganes con el bebé no lo empleamos. El parking es de pago pero también hay zona azul que sale más económica.

El departamento que nos asignaron muy limpio, con aseo, baño, cocina y balcón. El hotel esta a 50m de la playa, sales del hotel, cruzas la calle y llegas a la playa. Las hamacas y sombrillas de la playa son gratuitas y eso esta muy bien.
The food is clearly an aspect to improve, the car park was a bad start for me, I couldn't stop at the door to drop off the suitcases and had to look for a spot on the street - blue zone - and I found it 300m away, so I had to carry the suitcases and the child and walk to the hotel. Then there, they told me there was a car park for 20 euros per night (¿?) which seemed very expensive to me and on top of that it's not even convenient, it's 100m away from the hotel, in a car park that I understand they rent out. A complete mess. Another urgent improvement needed is the sound of the animations, the sound is so unbearable and of such poor quality that you can't enjoy anything, you can't understand when the animators speak, the music sounds metallic and awful, the sound is unbearable. In the end, we couldn't stay more than 5/10 minutes and ended up leaving because of how unpleasant the situation was.
La comida es claramente un aspecto de mejora, el parking para mi fue empezar mal, no pude parar en la puerta a bajar las maletas y tuve que buscar hueco en la calle - zona azul - y lo encontré a 300m, por lo que me toco bajar las maletas y el niño y andar hasta el hotel. Luego allí, me dijeron que había un parking por 20 euros la noche (¿?) lo cual me pareció carísimo y encima ni siquiera es cómodo, esta a 100 m. del hotel, en un garaje que entiendo que alquilan. Vamos un despropósito en toda regla. Otra de las cosas a mejorar de manera urgente es el sonido de las animaciones, es tan insoportable el sonido y de tan mala calidad que no puedes disfrutar de nada, no se entiende cuando hablan los animadores, la música suena metálica y fatal, el sonido es insoportable. Al final no pudimos estar mas de 5/10 min y terminamos yéndonos de lo desagradable de la situación.

Lo mejor diría que es el estar al lado de la playa, con vistas desde las habitaciones que son bastante amplias al ser aparthotel.
The cleaning of the rooms is minimal, both on the first day and the following days. The food is good, but there is hardly any variety, almost always the same. Also, you have to wait in a huge line to enter the restaurant, except for breakfast. Having the pool outside the premises takes away a lot of the appeal to go down, as you have to walk two blocks to get there.
Honestly, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, especially not at this price.
La limpieza de las habitaciones es mínima, tanto al entrar el primer día como los siguientes. La comida está buena, pero casi nada de variedad repitiendo lo mismo casi siempre. Además te comes una tremenda cola para entrar al restaurante menos en el desayuno. Lo de que la piscina esté fuera del recinto le quita mucho la gracia a bajar, ya que tienes que caminar dos calles para llegar.
Sinceramente no repetiría en este hotel y mucho menos a este precio.
