1.9 María Magdalena Travelled with family August 2025 "I can't contribute much, to be honest"
No puedo aportar mucho la verdad
I do not recommend this hotel, we had cockroaches in the sheets, at 7 in the morning you have to get up early to get a sunbed by the pool because otherwise you end up without one, the hotel staff does not fulfill what the signs say, you can't use the sunbeds without being in them, we asked for a pen to manage some things and the receptionist's response was "there's a supermarket to buy pens", the cleaning service is AWFUL!! In front of us, she washed the cups with her bare hands without using soap or a sponge!! The water in the cleaning bucket looked like chocolate, literally!! We took photos that I will attach to their page. In the middle of August during peak season, the hotel was under construction, which meant noise in the morning and in the afternoons after lunch. I went with my family to relax, and we ended up feeling awful when we got home!! The air conditioning was not working. A drunk foreigner hit his head in one of the elevators and after 7 days it's still not working and there is blood, IT IS NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL, IT'S FALSE!! The only good thing was the buffet staff, except for the flies flying over the food!! Esther was lovely and Angel, the entertainer, made our stay very enjoyable, the rest? PATHETIC!! I traveled with my parents and my partner and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!
PATETICO!! Viaje con mis padres y mi pareja y NO LO RECOMENDARÍA A NADIE !!

7.4 July Travelled with family August 2025 "I have traveled with my family, we have been assigned two spectacular apartment-style rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV, a terrace with an incredible sea view that we loved for its comfortable beds, tranquility, and the sound of the waves throughout the day and night that helps to rest...the air conditioning works very well at all times, it is important to note that the room is not cleaned every day but on the day they clean it, they change the towels and sheets every four days, for us there has been no problem, the bathroom hairdryer is very powerful, in the kitchen there are utensils for cooking, although we were on an all-inclusive basis...The food in the dining room was very good, they repeated many dishes but always brought out some different ones each day, the staff was very attentive and cleared the empty plates from the table...At reception, they have the courtesy of providing a water machine and a coffee machine in case you feel like it when you arrive or leave, it is always available. In the afternoon, the bar on the O floor opens, but you have to go down to the 2nd floor and then down to the 1st floor which takes you to the ground floor located by the sea where the rocks are, it is very beautiful there and that's where the Cuban waiter José Antonio is, who treats you with great affection to make you feel comfortable while enjoying the best mojitos prepared in the entire resort, I highly recommend having one there...oh, the owner we met at reception on the day we arrived was super cool, very kind, and informed us about everything, a lovely and very humane person."
It is a very large complex that is on a cliff with stunning views, but there are areas that are dangerous for children that should have some type of railings to make it safer because if a child leans over there, they could fall down from a height of 10 floors, you have to be very careful with them...the resort is a slaughterhouse, to be honest, you have to climb ramps, stairs, or take elevators to go from one building to another, the adult pool is in the second plot on the 10th floor and the small pool is on the third plot, I would say, so you have to climb stairs or take the elevator, that area is more for families with children so they don't have to keep going up from the main building where we stayed, there they have another dining room where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a later schedule than the one downstairs, they have their area for children and instructors to play games which is nice, but everything is stairs to go from one place to another, some days there was no background music at the pools and some nights they played bingo but not much more...The resort is overcrowded, 95% of the guests are foreigners, if you don't understand the language you can't communicate with the hotel staff anymore, who are very nice and attentive Canarians.

6.9 Angy Estefania Travelled with family August 2025 It was very well located, they did activities for the children at night, you could be in the pool at night.
The floor and bathroom were dirty, the drinks were disgusting, the food was very limited, the shower was constantly clogged and water leaked out, we reported it but no one ever came.

8 Mario Travelled with couple August 2025 Views from the room to the sea are definitely worth it and the buffet food is very tasty with a lot of variety. We also really liked the Mexican themed dinner!
The hotel is somewhat neglected and there are construction works. There is a lack of cleaning staff and someone to clarify the pool usage rules as people leave their towels on the hammock all week.

8 Nuria Travelled with family July 2025 The staff is very nice. The room views are fantastic.
El personal muy agradable. Las vistas de la habitación fantásticas.
We only had one bar of hand soap, nothing else, no shower gel, toothbrush or toothpaste... Nothing, not even hooks to hang the towels. The buffet a bit chaotic.

3.7 Moises Travelled with couple July 2025 Honestly the beaches, but it has nothing to do with the booking. Receptionist Sofia was a charm and the only one who explained things well, but we spent 3-4 days without knowing anything about activities or schedules.
The cleanliness in the food is terrible, they mix all the meats, there are cockroaches in the hallways. The fruit is full of flies. They didn't clean our room for 3 out of 6 days, a disaster of a place.

7.4 Juan Travelled with couple July 2025 The accommodation is very nice, built on the natural stone, on the edge of a beautiful cliff, a quiet place. The rooms are fine and so is the hotel despite the fact that you can tell it is old. And everything in the hotel is very far away depending on the area you have to go up to two different elevators as was our case. The shower in the room is a 10, it has enough power, the taps are wide and the hot water lasts for a good shower.
On the other hand, I think the all-inclusive service is a bit misleading and not worth it. We were on all inclusive service and depending on what things were not included or directly some were not even offered as bags of chips or things like that to snack between meals. The cocktails are the worst I have ever tasted in my life, each and every one of them on tap but bad and bad and the slushy does not even deserve that name because they mix with crushed ice a little non-alcoholic liquor which looks like dirty water almost. The workers do not inform you about everything well, you have to ask very specific questions and sometimes not even that way. We for example had understood that in the bar you only had frankfurts and hamburgers and at the end of the stay we realized that they also offered ice cream and some other nonsense which when we asked initially they did not tell us. This same bar is only open until 18:00 which after that you can not eat anything until dinner and that is open at that time does not make much sense because you come from eating at the buffet and right after it is not very appetizing a hamburger or frankfurter.
