Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults.
- Travelling with 2 babies? Request ithereand we will check if it is possible.
- Children aged 2 to 12: the 1st and 2nd travel with a 50% discount and the 3rd and 4th with a 20% discount.
- Important! The hotel will ask you for the children's documentation upon arrival to prove their age. If you travel with a child without documentation, the hotel reserves the right to apply the adult rate and charge the difference at destination.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

- Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or babies per room.

Tourism tax

- The first meal included is dinner, and, therefore, the last meal included is lunch.

The worst experience of my life, I have been in much better guesthouses. The food was scarce and horrible, we had Full Board and had to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner outside the hotel. The rooms were cubicles that we couldn't even walk through. The room cleaning was terrible, we arrived and there was no soap in the bathroom and they didn't refill it in the 3 days, towels with hairs. It was a romantic gift for my husband and it has been horrible. I had just done another holiday with you , located , located in Comarruga (Costa Dorada), (Costa Dorada), and I was delighted even though the one , located , located in Comarruga (Costa Dorada), (Costa Dorada), was 3 stars, total disappointment with this hotel in Tossa. The reception staff didn't know anything, two older gentlemen who were the same as the bar waiters. In the dining room, no one was professional... a buffet that was absurd, scarce, bad, and horrible... very disappointing... I had already done holidays with you but this time very bad.
La peor experiencia de mi vida, he estado en pensiones mucho mejores.
La comida escasa y horrorosa, que teniamos pensiom completa y tuvimos que ir a desayunae, comer y cenar fuera del hotel. Las habitaciones eran cubículos que no podíamos ni pasar. La limpieza de las habitaciones fatal, llegamos y en elmbaño no habia jabon y en los 3 dias no rellemaron, las toallas con pelos. Era un regalo romantico para mi marido y ha sidonhorroble. Venia de hacer otro viaje con ustedes en Comarruga y estaba encantada y eso que el de Comarruga era de 3 estrellas, decepcion total con este hote de Tossa. El personal de recepcion no se enteraban de nada dos señores mayores u eran los mismos camareros de la barra.
En el comedor nadie era profesional… un biffet que era sbsurdo, escaso, malo y horroroso… mucha decepcion.. ya jabia hecho viajes con ustedes pero esta vez muy mal.

El hotel está bien. Destacó sobretodo el personal del hotel, es muy amable. En mi caso, que tengo una discapacidad y movilidad reducida, he de decir, que se preocuparon por mi comodidad y bienestar. Estoy muy agradecida por su gran trato y amabilidad.
Fuera de esto, la comida (Buffet), está muy bien, con mucha variedad y tranquilidad, que es algo muy importante. Hotel limpio y muy cómodo.
Para volver a repetir experiencia, sin duda. La verdad, que muy contenta con el trato, el hotel en general, y sin duda el personal.
