Lo mejor la ubicación y la mayoría de los empleados, con alguna excepción, que se han esforzado en hacernos una estancia agradable.
Mala organización, falta de personal. Falta de productos básicos en el comedor y el bar.
Muchas de las cosas de Todo incluido no las tenían. Ni siquiera el agua embotellada, llegó el quinto día de nuestra estancia. Nos decían que si teniamos alguna botella nos la llenarian en el bar.
La limpieza de las habitaciones regular, algún día no se limpio la habitación.
La limpieza en las zonas comunes muy deficiente.
Tengo que decir que del primer día que llegamos que fue un caos total, al último de nuestra estancia, mejoró algo tanto en organización como en variedad de productos.

Nada, el hotel se abrió el día 20 de junio y nosotros nos alojamos el día 21 todo cuando digo todo de vergüenza.
Habitaciones sucias hasta con tornillos y las mantas puestas.
Todos los días en el bufete daba igual en la comida que en la cena era cerdo. Y en 5 días alojados todo fue repetitivo. Te lo venden de todo incluido y nada que ver tengo un bebé de 3 meses y no habia botellas de agua ni nada. Tuve que comprarlas lo único de snack que te daban eran unos ganchitos y al segundo día se acabaron. Vamos me he gastado un dinero para nada de un hotel 5 estrellas. Escuchabas cada dos por tres hablar a los empleados quejarse de que tod iba mal en el hotel cuando lo que deberían hacer es callarse y trabajar y tener mejor atención al cliente. Vamos todo de vergüenza.

The accommodation has to improve in everything, absolutely everything. After many complaints, they only changed the sheets once and the towels the same. They didn't have supplies when you asked for something. Throughout the stay, we asked for mineral water and there was none. The cleanliness was lacking. The food was four courses and always the same. In short, a disaster, and I will file a complaint with consumer protection requesting a refund for the services we did not enjoy.
El alojamiento tiene que mejorar en , absolutamente, todo.
Después de muchas reclamaciones sólo nos han cambiado las sábanas una vez y las toallas lo mismo .
No tenían genero cuando pedías algo.
Durante toda la instancia pidiendo agua mineral y no había. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia.
La comida cuatro platos y siempre lo mismo. En definitiva un desastre y voy a presentar la reclamación en consumo solicitando la devolución del importe de los servicios que no hemos disfrutado.

La piscina no le pasan una red en todo el dia y las palomas y las gaviotas echando sus excrementos dentro y está rodeada por una valla de obra q se le cayó a una mujer
Las toallas no te las cambian porque no tienen para todos
Si vas con niño o no te ponen cama y si te la ponen de lo mala q es, se cae al suelo en mitad de la noche
No limpian las habitaciones solo cambian papeleras

Lo mejor el personal de comedor, camareros de piscina y de terraza, con Alberto a la cabeza que es la alegría y la vida de este hotel.

No tiene nada claro que entra o no en el TI, un día unas bebidas, al día siguiente otras diferentes y al siguiente vuelven a cambiar el TI.
Les faltan muchas cosas han abierto con muchas faltas y muchas carencias.
No dejan al personal después de plegar de trabajar y a título personal tomarse algo con los clientes pero los directores y propietarios sí que pueden tomar algo con los clientes y parar las elaboraciones de los camareros para que le hagas las suyas y los clientes que se esperen.

Lo mejor sus camareros. Sobre todo Alberto nuestro camarero favorito. Nuestra dulce en el bar de la piscina. Alberto un krak nos junto a 3 parejitas muy molonas Sergio y Santi con sus respectivas. Jejejeje.su música en directo

Destacar el personal camareros,Alberto y las chicas del bar restaurante y Recepción, que eran un encanto y que además fueron los que dieron la cara desde el primer día, ya que la gestión del Hotel por parte de la dirección es pésima.

la comida del restaurante para mí ha estado bastante buena no es que hubiera mucha variedad pero había un poquito de todo y destacamos la carne y el pescado y verduras que te hacían a la plancha tanto a mediodía como por la noche

La habitación que nos dieron era bastante bonita y tenía muy buenas vistas al puerto, aunque necesitan un repaso de mantenimiento ya que había cosas estropeadas como aire acondicionado, cisternas, etc
Etodo incluido es bastantes escaso,no entran ni la cerveza sin alcohol y cada día cambiaban la carta de bebidas, había un día una carta y al día siguiente cambiaban y ponían otra, pero es muy muy limitado.

No funcionaba nada, el primer día no estaba ni siquiera la piscina y los toboganes ni esperanzas de abrir, la habitación no se apagaba la luz y no salía casi agua, nos cambiaron a las 11 de la noche. La comida más que buffet parecia de colegio, escasisimo todos los días lo mismo, lo de todo incluido nada de nada, ni siquiera un batido, ni una tonica yo creo que no las cuatro estrellas le sobra una .
