The maximum room occupancy is 6 people. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a seventh person in the same room, neither adults nor children or babies.

Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: No weight limit!
- Price: 50 €/stay and pet
- Pets are not allowed unleashed in the main areas.
- Please note that only one pet per apartment is allowed.
Accommodation
Key handover information
- This accommodation has very short opening hours for arrivals. On this occasion, the reception is open from 16:00h to 20:00h, from Monday to Sunday. During these hours, they will attend you, give you the keys and help you with everything you need.
- If you are arriving later than the scheduled time, don't worry, you can arrange your late arrival between 20:00 and 00:00.
- if you arrive between 20:00h and 22:00h, you will have to pay a surcharge of 25€ for late arrival.
- if you arrive between 22:00h and 00:00h, you will have to pay a surcharge of 50€ for late arrival.
- In the confirmation voucher we will provide you with the accommodation's telephone number so that you can contact them directly.
Distribution of the apartments:

Apartments for 2 to 4 people: a dining-living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom (can have double bed or 2 single beds, depending on availability). In addition, it also has a kitchen open to the dining room with washing machine and microwave, TV and bathroom. All apartments have a terrace or balcony. No apartment of this capacity has air conditioning.

Apartments for 2 to 6 people: they have the same distribution as the apartments for 2 to 4 people and in addition, a compartment with double bunk beds.
Deposit in cash
- At your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 150 ¤ in cash. It will be returned to you at the time of departure as long as the apartment is in the same condition as you found it.
Surcharge to be paid at reception (optional):
- Air conditioning (in apartments with 5 or 6 beds): subject to availability at the time of arrival, and with a surcharge of 10€/day.
- Garage with a surcharge of 5€/day.
- Pets (except in main areas): surcharge of 50€/pet/stay.
The price of the stay includes (as for the apartment itself): bed linen and towels, water, gas, electricity, cleaning on arrival and after your departure, weekly change of linen and use of the pool. You will also enjoy wifi in your apartment.
Board Basis
This deal is available with Half Board.

No volvería y más con niños, en los apartamentos no hay ascensor…hay que especificar que vas con carro para que te den un apartamento de fácil acceso. En el restaurante hay el mismo menú para la comida que para la cena y el camarero es muy faltón y desagradable.

La comida es pésima y muuuuuu repetitiva, lo de mediodía parala noche e incluso para el día siguiente, personal poco agradable y poca variedad.no repetiría media pensión
Limpieza habitaciones muuuuy justa y todo sumando años y se nota, por el precio de este año no volveremos el próximo por poco más hay mejores opciones en alcossebre

La ubicación del apartamento a 5-10 minutos de la playa, las piscinas, q es un complejo seguro para estar con niños donde hay un ambiente muy familiar y ellos se lo pasan pipa.
Nos ha pillado en plena ola de calor y la temperatura en el apartamento era insoportable. Ya sabíamos q no teníamos aire acondicionado pq es la segunda vez q vamos a este complejo pero este año nos tocó un apartamento sin puertas tipo persianas ni sin cortinas opacas a diferencia del año pasado. Al no poder evitar q entrase el sol todo el día el calor se acumulaba de forma exagerada, además esas cortinas no son tampoco una barrera para la luz como si q lo son las opacas y el que duerme en el salón es imposible q lo haga sin q le entre luz. Deberían adaptar los apartamentos q como el nuestro aún no lo estaban.

It seems incredible to me that a 4 square meter room without a window is considered a room for two people.
