- In both options, tickets are always for the day after your arrival at your accommodation. In the case of the Oceanográfic, your ticket will be assigned for 10 am or 3 pm.

El personal de recepción muy agradable sobretodo la chica, de lo demás no se puede destacar nada. Dicen que hay parking pero no funciona, la terraza tiene todos los aires acondicionados del hotel, en la habitación no tienes nevera, ... Y ese hotel de 4 estrellas no tiene nada.
If the food had more options to choose from, if there was a fridge in the room, if the car park was convenient, and if not possible, provide them with a car park area with a guard.

El personal de recepción impresionante
It has been years since I have seen such poor quality pillows. I advise instead of putting two per person of such poor quality, put one where the neck can rest. The rooms need more soundproofing, the TV and normal speech can be heard from room to room even if you put it on softly. Luckily it was only one night.
Hacía años que no veía unas almohadas de tan mala calidad. Aconsejo en vez de poner dos por persona de tan mala calidad , poner una donde las cervicales puedan descansar. Falta insonorizar más las habitaciones, el televisor y el habla normal se escuchan de habitación en habitación aún poniéndolo flojito. Suerte que solo era una noche.
