If you book this deal with Full Board:
- You will have to begin your stay with lunch.
- Lunch will be served from 13:30h to 15:30hh. Despite check-in being from 14:00h, you can get to the hotel at lunch time, enjoy lunch and access your room from 14:00h
- It is not possible to change the meal order. The hotels check their a capacity at mealtimes, therefore you must begin your stay with lunch.

Water parks and pools with slides

The opening hours of the slides are from 11 am to 7 pm.

Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts

Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- Travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.

The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with two adults.
- Only possible in double and triple rooms.
- Traveling with two babies? Contact us here so we can check if it is possible to stay in the same room.
Children from 2 to 11 years old: they travel at a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose.
- From March 27 to March 30 and from June 21 to September 7:
  - 1st stays with a 75% discount and 2nd stays with a 50% discount, regardless of the chosen regime.
- Other dates:
  - Are you traveling on Half Board or Full Board basis? The 1st stays FREE and the 2nd with a 50% discount.
  - Have you selected the ALL INCLUSIVE regime? The 1st one stays with a 75% discount and the 2nd one with a 50% discount.
- If you book a room with sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6 € per night.
- Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. Here is an example: if you travel from September 4 to 10, children from 2 to 11 years old will travel the 1st with 75% and the 2nd with 50% discount and not the 1st free and the 2nd with 50% discount.
Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room varies depending on the dates:
- March 27-30 and June 21-September 7: it is approximately 34€ per room per night.
- Other dates: it is approximately 20€ per room per night.
- Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) is applied. For example: if you travel from September 4 to 10, the surcharge for a single room will be 34€ and not 24.

Pet Policy

This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet

Price: 10 €/night and pet

In the common areas you must be tied. Access to the restaurant, bar and pool area is not allowed.

1 pet per room is allowed.

Good to know: At the end of the booking, it is essential that you send us a message through the contact section informing that you will be traveling with your pet. This way, we can notify the accommodation so that they have everything ready for your arrival.
