I didn't like that when we arrived they didn't have the booking reflected, it's the first time it has happened to me and I have been booking with Busco un deal for years. At the hotel, they said that no booking had arrived and even after showing the PDF of the payment receipt, we had to wait with the children for about 40 minutes until Busco un deal confirmed it. This also led to the room not being ready and they had to prepare the children's beds with us inside.
No me gustó que al llegar no tuvieran la reserva reflejada es la primera vez que me pasa y llevo años reservando con busco un chollo en el hotel decían que no había llegado ninguna reserva y aún enseñando el PDF del justificante de pago tuvimos que esperar con los niños unos 40 minutos hasta que busco un chollo se lo confirmara... Esto también acarreo que la habitación no estuviera lista y túvieran que preparar las camas de los niños con nosotros dentro.

Gran hotel en primera línea de playa. Habitaciones grandes, baño amplio. Desayuno muy variado y de gran calidad. La piscina muy hermosa, y los toboganes para los niños geniales. Mini golf, Ping pong, petanca. Y las animaciones en todo momento. Nos ha parecido una buen precio, para la calidad que ha tenido el hotel de 4 estrellas. Como siempre BuscoUnChollo no defraudó. Nos tocaron vistas a Isla Cristina fantásticas.

They gave us a room where the bathroom was not clean. There were hairs in the bathtub, bidet, and sink. I went to the reception and they gave me the option to change rooms or to send staff to fix the issue. It was resolved in 10 minutes.
