- If you choose the pack with tickets and book 3 nights or more: 2 consecutive days entrance to PortAventura® Park per person and stay. The first day you will also have access to Ferrari Land.
Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts of the hotel
- Babies aged 0 to 1: 1st child stays free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here, so we can check if it is possible.
- Children aged 2 to 12: the 1st and 2nd with a discount of approximately 45% depending on the dates. You will see the discount applied directly during the booking process.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

How your PortAventura tickets work

If your stay is 1 or 2 nights, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- You can use your tickets on any day of your stay.
- As you only have 1 entrance day, you’ll need to visit both parks on the same day.

If your stay is 3 nights or more, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land + 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park.
- The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:
- Day 1: access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land.
- Day 2: access to PortAventura® Park.
- It is not possible to change this order.
- You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay – once you enter the park the first day, your second day is automatically the following one.
- If you don’t use the 2nd day, no refund is possible.

When you check in at the hotel, you’ll receive your tickets.
- Want to go to the park on your arrival day? Even if your room isn’t ready until the afternoon, you can go to reception first thing in the morning to collect your tickets.

La calidad relación precio, la ubicación son dos cosas muy positivas del hotel.
Las habitaciones aunque eran grandes, les fallaba la insonorización, se oia desde una sexta planta los coches, motos y camiones que pasaban, así como los usuarios de otras habitaciones cuando estaban en el baño.
Y con respecto al parque, se notaba que faltaba personal para atender las atracciones así como los puestos de comida…

La amabilidad de su personal. Especialmente el tiempo de noche del restaurante. Algunos platos de las cenas me sorprendieron gratamente.

La primera vez que estuvimos muy bien pero esta vez fatal .
El autocar nos dejó tirados en la calle durante una hora de 9:30-10:30
A pesarse que mi marido llamó al hotel para avisar de la situación y el hotel sabía de la incidencia y era culpa suya, nos dejaron sin cenar. Íbamos con 6 niños y ni siquiera fueron capaces a dejar alguna cosa para ellos .
La única solución que nos dieron es que pusiéramos una incidencia y reclamación
