The facilities and rooms are very good.
Las instalaciones y habitaciones están muy bien.
Queues of 1/2 hour to enter the dining room. Very poorly organized and understaffed.

Hemos estado muy bien, las habitaciones muy correctas, la comida también y el personal desde recepción, restaurante y limpieza muy amables y atentos.. Teniendo en cuenta el buen precio, recomendamos encarecidamente.
It would need an update, although everything works properly, I understand that if it were more beautiful and modern it would also increase the price. So it's fine by me.

The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel was refurbished. The reception, dining and entertainment staff were very friendly and the food buffet was good.
Ha estado todo bastante bien en habitaciones amplias, limpias y hotel reformado. Personal de recepción, comedor y entretenimiento muy amables.Comida buffet libre buena.
Buffet all good but would lack a little more variety. Little entertainment for children and for adults zero, no shows or musicals, no background music in pool.????????

The staff is very friendly and the facilities are fine.
El personal muy simpático.LAs instalaciones en si están bien.
I don't think the hotel deserves the 4 SUPERIOR stars it supposedly has. The variety in the food is super scarce. The beds, super uncomfortable springs .... No entertainment, no music anywhere. Definitely not a place to recommend.
El hotel no creo que se merezca las 4 estrellas SUPERIORES que supuestamente tiene. La variedad en la comida súper escasa. Las camas, de muelles súper incomodas... No hacen animación, no ponen musica en ningún lugar. Sin duda no es un sitio a recomendar.
