The Parque Vacacional Eden 3* apartment complex is located in Puerto de la Cruz, just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Martiánez beach and the saltwater pools. It is situated in the middle of manicured green gardens where you can relax.
This wonderful complex has a large number of facilities. You can enjoy a cozy bar, Wi-Fi connection and a restaurant. The studios and apartments, tastefully decorated, have their own bathroom with shower or bathtub, amenities and hair dryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker (on request) and microwave (on request). petition).

Ideal para pasar un Halloween ????, da miedo.... NO TE DEJES ENGAÑAR, lavado la cara pero cutremente, a los pasillos les falta una niña en triciclo para ser terroríficos, Gracias a Buscounchollo y en especial a Adei por las gestiones pese a no haber podido sacarnos de allí, las imágenes publicadas no corresponden con la realidad, se nota cierto abandono ya que es un hotel inmensamente grande, que recién inaugurado sería precioso, pero que ahora deja que desear pese a que te pongan fotos bonitas, y no te enseñen la cruda realidad, se agradece el cambio de habitación por parte del hotel.y muy majas las recepcionistas
La comida...mala no, lo siguiente, pero el desayuno decente, muy inglesa, ya sabemos cómo comen... Las habitaciones, limpias y baño decante si tienes suerte, pero el sofá cama es mortal, con 8 cm de "colchon' que hace que el suelo sea ideal, las zonas comunes son para salir corriendo, según llegas te recibe la lavandería con una lavadora en la calle y una celosía negra y roñosa, habitaciones con vistas bonitas si tienes suerte, mucha suerte...12000 metros de zonas secas y las de paso algo más cuidadas, pero no esperes un paraíso, el acceso o lo haces en coche o estás vendido y no es un hotel en el que desees pasar el día agusto....la familia Adams pediría un cambio de hotel también...REPITO, NO TE DEJES ENGAÑAR..

The flight back was very badly timed, we had to get up at 4 am to take the shuttle bus to the airport. We also missed breakfast on the last day.

Beautiful hotel, very quiet and with exceptional views. The food is very varied and the staff is charming. It is a bit far from the center but it is not lazy to walk around and it is well located.

Although the hotel needs some renovation in some facilities, it is a beautiful hotel, with lots of green spaces, 3 swimming pools and in a beautiful location. Very close to the center or beach, just a few minutes walk. The buffet (breakfast and dinner) is very varied and of high quality (you will come with some extra kilos). The rooms are very spacious, with large terraces, in my case with kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and although the rooms do not have aacc or fans, they are not needed, at the end of July you will be covered at night, hehe and during the day there is a cool breeze. As for the hotel staff, MAGNIFICENT, very attentive, friendly, helpful ... I give them a 10!!!! Congratulations to all of you for the good work you do and how well you take care of the guests.
El hotel aunque necesita alguna reforma en algunas instalaciones, es un hotel precioso, con muchos espacios verdes, 3 piscinas y en una ubicación preciosa. Muy cerca del centro o playa, apenas unos minutos andando. El buffet (desayunos y cenas) muy variado y de calidad (ye vendrás con algún kg extra). Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, con grandes terrazas, en mi caso con cocina. las camas muy cómodas y aunque las habitaciones no tienen aacc ni ventiladores, no se necesitan, a finales de julio te taparas por las noches, jeje y durante el día corre brisa fresca. En cuanto al personal del hotel, MAGNIFICO, muy atentos, simpáticos, serviciales... les doy un 10!!! Felicidades a todos por el buen trabajo que haceis y lo bien que cuidáis de los huéspedes.
